Established
in 1983 by a handful of concerned individuals with the courage
and foresight to face the arrival of the AIDS epidemic in Hawaii,
Life Foundation has evolved into the statešs largest nonprofit
AIDS service organization. Today the Life Foundation provides
a full range of support services for men, women, and children
with HIV/AIDS, and offers preventive education for the community.
Support for the Foundationšs programs comes from public funds,
private foundation, business, and committed individuals.
